✿雙蔥爆雞✿

    有時唔想成日煮雞翼..豬扒..雞翼..豬扒..咁樣
    可以試下呢個~✿雙蔥爆雞✿

    好多時都會將雞翼一開二咁煮~~今次就用左半隻雞~
    感覺無咁快餐FEEL丫嘛~~HAHA~




    材料:
    雞, 青椒, 洋蔥, 乾蔥, 蒜


    醃料:

    麻油, 糖, 胡椒粉, 酒, 生粉, 魚露, 老抽


    做法:
    ❶ 雞洗淨, 用醃料醃最少 30mins

    ❷ 熱油, 輕輕煎香雞件至半熟~拎起備用

     熱油, 爆香蒜, 洋蔥, 乾蔥。直到聞到香味 (要不停炒, 會香d, 乾身d同無咁易燶架)

    ❹青椒~雞件回鑊~~雞件炒至9成熟, 濽酒, 蓋上鑊蓋焗 3mins, 令雞件全熟~~

    【✮食得~~!!!! ✮】


    小貼士:

    ➸鑊要夠熬, 先會令材料爆得香~~最好爆到微焦, 會更好味~~

    濽酒, 蓋上鑊蓋將9成熟的雞件焗至全熟~~就令雞件滑d~

    Linda, 家庭小菜其實唔難,唔多技巧,只要多d試同埋注意d細節位,咁就容易煮出自己屋企嘅味道。。加油呀
