C嘉味: 白麵包後篇 - 變種白麵包

    早前常做白麵包, 整整下覺得有點齋!!!  

    想想下.... 不如加D果仁啦!  又吾洗用方包模!


    於是將麵包粉糰發好及搓好後分開兩份, 黏上果仁.  我用了葵花籽及popper seed.  若果仁不太能沾上粉糰, 可將不能沾上的粉糰位置濕小小水去增加其黏度.

    焗好的麵包, 表面的果仁是有點脆的!


    E次想做小卷, 所以做了4份.  分別用了亞麻籽, 芝麻, 葵花籽.


    鬆弛個多小時後又大卷左!


    焗好!


    今次新用南瓜子, 我覺得香口D!!!


    切開睇下, 入面真係鬆開嫁!
