節瓜 (2 件 - 切粗段), 墨魚滑 (約 $18), 蔥花 (少許)
調味料
熟油 (適量), 蒸魚豉油 (約 2 湯匙)
做法
1) 節瓜去皮, 清洗乾淨, 切粗段, 用匙挖去中間的籽, 將墨魚滑釀入節瓜中間.
2) 放入蒸鑊中, 蒸約 12 分鐘, 灑下蔥花, 然後贊熟油及蒸魚豉油, 就可食用.
