Mr.R 鍾意食爽脆嘅蘋果, 但係有時放左2日已經唔脆喇...
唔想浪費, 就用佢煲個蘋果湯飲下... 又香又好味~~
材料: 蘋果(要用中國果隻呀, 見過有人用富士蘋果, 我唔建議架),
ヽ(●´∀`●)ノ 呢個係一個就算OL 如果6點收工, 都可以做的清潤湯水..
煲1個小時就可以完成喇~~《蘋果紅蘿蔔粟米煲豬骨》 **只要你將紅蘿蔔同蘋果切得細塊D (要比圖片中的細), 咁就一定夠味喇~~~
➸蘋果: 含有大量的膳食纖維及維他命C, 有助減緩氧化的損傷及認知力的下降
呢個湯真係唔錯~~ 易做, 快捷, 好味~~~仲好適合一家大細~~特別係女士們呀~~ 大家有機會都煲黎潤一潤啦~~
