After the reservation is cancelled, the system will automatically refund to the bank immediately. It will take about 2-14 working days to process, and the payment will be returned to your credit card account.
For some banks, if you cancel an appointment within a short period of time (such as same-day appointment and cancellation), there may be a chance that the deduction will not be displayed directly, so there will be no refund record. Once the payment is returned to the bank, the refund amount will be transferred to your credit card. To get more information on this procedure, you are advised to check with your bank since the bank would not disclose the refund process due to customer’s privacy.
